2011 Earthquake and Tsunami
A Message from Cerego
We are grateful that all of us here at Cerego and our families are safe. Tokyo is still experiencing numerous aftershocks, but the situation here is stabilizing. Some of us have been working remotely and we are doing our best to provide you with a stable service.
How to Help
Right now our thoughts are with everyone in the north of Japan whose lives have been terribly affected by the earthquake and tsunami. The extent of the devastation is unimaginable. Many have lost everything—their loved ones, their homes, and all their possessions—and they are in great need of assistance.
If you would like to help, please consider donating to the Red Cross. Every little bit will help people rebuild their lives.
The American Red Cross is accepting a minimum of $10 donations to its fund, Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami. You can donate donate directly here. You can also donate money from your phone. To donate $10 from the US, text REDCROSS to 90999, or to donate £10 from the UK, text REDCROSS to 70600. You can even donate a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $200 directly directly through iTunes if that is more convenient for you.
The Red Cross has also launched a Facebook campaign on Causes with a target of raising $150,000. From your Facebook account, you can donate anywhere from $10 to $500 to help victims of the earthquake.
